WunderFilm specializes in the day to day effects of your production. While in editing, upload your shot to us, we do it, upload it back. Drop it in your edit.

SERVICES
WunderFilm provides special effects work for several shows. Our clients have found it is much cheaper and faster to have WunderFilm perform the general effects and clean up work that is required during the online assembly stage. Plus, we design - therefore we can create the screen inserts, lowerthirds, on screen graphics and any other elements - there is need to source additional materials, we will design it for you.
Typical work includes green screen compositing, monitor inserts, smartphone or iPad screen replacement, face cleanup, remove artifacts or objects from scenes, add elements to scenes, provide a unique look to shots and graphic elements.
WORK FLOW
So why should you send your effects shots to WunderFilm? Why can't your production use the post house's effects department? Good questions... We've been asked before and once a show experiences the ease of using WunderFilm, they continue to do so for their current show and future shows.
It's quite simple. Send us your raw scene, usually via FTP (we set up a site for you!). We composite the shot and upload it back to you. Your editor inserts the finished shot into your offline system and EDL. Producers get to see the shot in context as they view your project. The finished shots act like regular source material in your online assembly. No need to waste time and money in online. Big savings. And yes, WunderFilm will ALWAYS be cheaper than your post house's EFX department! Plus, we're designers, so shots just look better!
